• $ 45.00 SEPARATE APPLICATION FEE FOR EACH PERSON 18 OR OLDER
• $ 40.00 NON-REFUNDABLE FEE WITH EACH APPLICATION FOR SMARTMOVE BACKGROUND CHECK
• NO PRIOR EVICTIONS
• NO FELONIES
• NO MORE THAN 2 PERSONS PER BEDROOM
• NO PETS
